Obsessive compulsive disorder is a disease that can affect anyone, however for the purpose of this article we will examine which type may have a high chance of developing this disorder.
Introverts are more likely to have many internal thoughts in their heads- some thoughts may be good (imagining, coming up with ideas, or thinking of ways to plan ahead) however, sometimes you may be planning for disaster! Introverts spend more time thinking about their intrusive thoughts rather than being involved in the extroverted world, thus these thoughts are what cause uneasiness, apprehension, fear or worry to occur, resulting in the obsessive compulsions that occur.
